This project was originally a student assignment that I was assigned during my course of study at SCAD. The class was Motion Media Techniques II and my professor's name was Minh Ho Shih. Even though it was a motion graphics class, I wanted to focus on character animation and use modestly kinetic typefaces in the background. I only had two weeks to complete this project. On top of that my house had just burned down, but I'm sure that Professor Minh Ho would have given me a break if I'd asked for it. Somehow, working on this helped me process my grief and trauma and maybe that's why I refused to let it go. It's not really complete, but I look at this now and see that my house wasn't the only thing that was burning. I've learned not to push myself too hard now-a-days...
